• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required for AML compliance under Philippine law.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity, for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes.

11 Minors & Age Restriction

The cc6ph5 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing online casino-style gaming. cc6ph5 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If cc6ph5 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposited funds. If you believe that a minor has registered on cc6ph5, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

cc6ph5 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

In the course of operating the cc6ph5 Platform, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the Philippines — for example, where our cloud infrastructure providers or technology partners are located. 13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

cc6ph5 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, cc6ph5 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
